Jeff began his career as a business and technology reporter for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. With both agency and in-house PR experience, he formed Kelley + Co. in early 2015 to give organizations a nimble partner for high-quality content and media. He has taught public relations writing at VCU. He lives in Richmond with his wife and three children, and he's an avid long-distance runner.
