Kelley + Co. runs kelleyus.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, why we collect it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, phone number, what you need, your timing and a message. We receive what you type, and a copy is kept in our website’s records, along with your IP address and browser type, which help us spot spam.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found the site, roughly where they are (city or region), and what kind of device and browser they use. It uses cookies, it doesn’t store your IP address, and it doesn’t tell us who you are.

To stop spam. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the message. It looks at basic information about your browser and device to do that.

To keep the site running. Like most websites, our host and Cloudflare keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, and use them to block attacks and unwanted bots and to troubleshoot.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to do the work you ask about. We use analytics to learn which pages are useful and to improve the site, and server logs to keep it secure.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

A few companies help us run the site and our email, and handle information only to provide those services:

  • Our website host, which stores the site and its records.
  • Google, for Google Analytics and for our email.
  • Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site to keep it fast and secure, checks our forms for spam and runs our domain settings.
  • Brevo, which delivers the emails our website sends.

Some pages show videos from YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies when you view or play them, under Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work. Our staff also use sign-in cookies when they log in to manage the site.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our work together. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Your choices

Want to know what we have from you, correct it or have it deleted? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for organizations and professionals. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

Our pages link to other sites, such as our clients’ websites and news coverage. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
